Hours of work:
- Monday – Friday
- 37.50 hours a week
- 8:30 – 17:00
Key responsibilities:
- Using the Evonet System to run BOMs (Bill of Materials) to purchase stock.
- Checking order confirmations and handling queries with suppliers.
- Assisting with Perpetual Inventory.
- Using reports to look at stock levels (overstocks).
- Prepare reports on purchase activities and supplier performance.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of two year experience in a buyer position in manufacturing.
- Ability to multitask & to work to deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritise work and use own initiative.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and used to using Microsoft packages.
- Must have CIPS Qualification Level 2 or above.
